One of the things I find so interesting is that it mentions not once, but twice, both the Constitutional Convention and eliminating the 2\/3rds rule. Newsom is positioning himself as the candidate of not just &#8220;change&#8221; but of structural reform:<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"480\" height=\"295\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/fh6xLVADrLw&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1&#038;\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><\/object><\/p>\n<p>With the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/cgi-bin\/blogs\/nov05election\/detail?blogid=14&#038;entry_id=48585\">first snows falling in the Sierra<\/a>, will Jerry Brown respond with a vision of his own for California&#8217;s future?
