Right now he&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/vote.sos.ca.gov\/returns\/special\/1559.htm\">sitting on 49.7% of the vote<\/a> with all precincts reporting. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Assuming that holds up we will have a run-off. With exactly the same candidates. Yes, you read that right. Because in special elections, every party leader goes to the general election, we&#8217;ll be seeing the same four candidates in the race.
