Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey has long been rumored to be a possible retirement. No matter how the lines are drawn, the Marin-Sonoma centered seat will be a safe Democratic seat. She criticized the draft maps for removing Santa Rosa from the Marin-Sonoma based district that she represents. In fact, she was really the most outspoken elected official on the maps. The criticism rose a few eyebrows.<\/p>\n
