Guaranteed Local Public Safety Funding. Initiative Constitutional Amendment.<\/b> The Governor&#8217;s Tax Measure would bring in billions of dollars for education and public services.<\/p>\n<p><b>Proposition 31 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;State Budget. State and Local Government. Initiative Constitutional Amendment and Statute.<\/b> Restricts the budgeting process to a &#8220;pay as you go&#8221; formula through an unnecessarily strict and inflexible process<\/p>\n<p><b>Proposition 32 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Prohibits Political Contributions by Payroll Deduction. Prohibitions on Contributions to Candidates. Initiative Statute.<\/b> (I work for <a href=\"http:\/\/stopspecialexemptions.org\">No on 32<\/a>) Right-wing attempt to go after labor, yet again. We&#8217;ve said no twice already, we need to say NO, NO, NO!<\/p>\n<p><b>Proposition 33 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Changes Law to Allow Auto Insurance Companies to Set Prices Based on a Driver&#8217;s History of Insurance Coverage. Initiative Statute.<\/b> Mercury Insurance measure to change loyalty discounts.<\/p>\n<p><b>Proposition 34 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Death Penalty Repeal. Initiative Statute <\/b> Repeals death penalty.<\/p>\n<p><b>Proposition 35 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Human Trafficking. Penalties. Sex Offender Registration.
