And sure, some will say that Speaker Bass was holding things up by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/cgi-bin\/article.cgi?f=\/c\/a\/2009\/07\/07\/MNTC18JU36.DTL\">skipping out on the latest Big 5 meeting<\/a>, but you can&#8217;t negotiate with those who aren&#8217;t dealing in good faith.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Bass should be thanked for speaking out against Arnold&#8217;s hide-the-ball tactics.
