wondering what opinions are out there on Santa Clara’s Measure J.  It is my understanding that measure J was largely funded by redevelopment funds but I thought Arnold has already stolen them like the recycling funds.  I am often wrong but I do know the last publicly funded stadium to be a net plus to a community was 1974’s Mile High Stadium that was before they started handing out golden lease agreements to wealthy team owners.
