I am not a Californian, don’t live in CA. Hence I don’t usually visit calitics. And, I am also not sure if this issue has been discussed before in forums.
For some time, I have been thinking about CA as a two state solution, i.e, split CA into two states; norcal and socal. CA is too big. If it were a country, it would rank one of top 10 countries, in terms of population and economy. Managing this state by one Governor is sort of hard. This is about managing a state better.
