A few days ago, I mentioned an open-source legislation wiki, BillHop.  Well, the site has now been “opened” for business.  As of right now, I believe the only bill with commentary is my own quick blurb on AB 1, Mervyn Dymally’s CHIP bill.  Go check it out and help write some of the summaries on bills that interest you.
