Lots of cops in front of the court building in SF.
There were about 400 people in Palm Springs at the rally. Speakers urged those in attendance to volunteer, to get friends to volunteer, and to show the members of the community who may have supported Prop 8 that they know someone that this ballot maesure had an effect on. There was also a lot of support for re-writing the constitution/a constitutional convention. It was great to have Carlos Gonzales there to read a release from 80th AD Assembly member Manuel Perez on his disapointment in the court’s decision and his vow to stand with us in our fight.
